Is there a cloakroom available?
Yes, there is a staffed cloakroom available (€2.50 per coat and €2.50 per bag).
Can I take my backpack with me during Art Rotterdam?
Backpacks cannot be taken on the show floor; these can be left in the guarded wardrobe.
Can I bring my dog during Art Rotterdam?
No, we cannot allow dogs on the show floor, not even small, obedient dogs.
Is the fair wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible for wheelchair users. Wheelchairs are not available on site.
Can I use my Museum Card?
No, a Museum Card does not offer a discount. Art Rotterdam is a fair, not a museum.
Parking
Rotterdam Ahoy has 2,000 parking spots. A parking spot costs €19,50. To be sure of parking next to Ahoy on event days, it is possible to buy a parking ticket with parking guarantee until 2 hours before the event. In case you did not purchase a parking guarantee, you can still park at Ahoy, depending on availability. Be aware that without a parking guarantee, there is a possibility that all parking spots are occupied.

Is our parking lot full (and do you not have a pre-purchased parking ticket with guarantee)? Then you can go to Q-Park Zuidplein or another parking facility in the vicinity.
Public Transport
Rotterdam Ahoy is excellently accessible by bus, metro, and train. From the bus and metro station Zuidplein, it takes only 5 minutes to walk to Ahoy!
